We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at the BW Plus Kelly Inn in St. Cloud, MN. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and responsible for providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience for all who walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
• Handle guest requests and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Process payments and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus
