Job Responsibilities:

• Perform front desk duties, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
• Conduct nightly audits to reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night
• Ensure the safety and security of the property and guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk area

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations with professionalism
• Available to work weekend shifts, including overnight hours
